• replaced custom check_if_packages_are_available() with rlang::check_installed()
• replaced the source URL for the katsianis dataset with a more stable link to the figshare API
• updated the version number for the p3k14c dataset to v2025.07: while the data does not seem to have changed, this is more consistent with the versioning scheme at the source
