Verification

• Full unit test suite passed on R 4.6.0.
• R CMD check --as-cran --no-manual passed all substantive checks; the only local incoming warning confirms that version 0.4.2 is already on CRAN.
• All completed CRAN checks for sofa 0.4.2 are OK.
