Koubou is now pinned to v0.13.0 for deterministic local screenshot framing.

Changes in this release:

• Enforce pinned Koubou version before running asc screenshots frame and watch generation
• Return a clear error when kou is missing or version-mismatched
• Install command is pinned for reproducibility: pip install koubou==0.13.0

Local screenshot automation remains experimental.
