What's changed

• Fix: Legacy entity ID migration runs once via config-entry migration (v1→v2), not on every setup/reload.
• Entity IDs no longer change again after you rename a VPN device in Home Assistant (automations/dashboards stay stable).
• Setup still repairs numeric entity ID suffixes (_2, _3, …) when needed.
• Manual repair via options flow or service fritzbox_vpn.repair_entity_id_suffixes is unchanged.

• Setup repariert weiterhin numerische Suffixe (_2, _3, …) bei Bedarf.
