Adds in attributes for tank capacity (as per the app):

tank_capacity_percent and
tank_capacity_percent_rounded which is rounded to the nearest 20% and should match what the app displays.

Note these are simple calculations based on the temperature and not anything you couldn't already derive from the temperature.
