Added a setting to consider Save activities selected as follow-ups as being invalid for use on their own. If enabled, you will not be able to use any Save activity which has been selected as a follow-up for an Attack activity except via the chat card created by said Attack activity. What this means is that if you have an item with just an Attack & Save, and the Save is selected as a follow-up for the Attack, you will no longer be presented with the activity choice dialog.
