This release provides interoperability with the new prerelease SCCo Outpost/PackItForms 163C.

New Features:

  • The PackItForms version in outgoing messages is now 3.13.
  • Support for the new version 3.3 of the RACES mutual aid request form. Since this is still pre-release, new RACES-MAR still gives version 2.4, but the new version can be requested with new RACES-MARv3.3.
  • The edit config, set config, and show config commands no longer require config to be spelled out; any abbreviation will do.
  • It is now possible to specify default values for From ICS Position and/or From Location in outgoing messages.
  • Handling of bulletin messages was changed; bulletins are now treated as their own message type. To send a bulletin, use new bulletin. (H/T KK6FPP for report.)

Bug fixes:

  • The first outgoing message no longer requires entry of a message ID. If none is provided, it will use a default based on the starting message ID in the incident configuration.
  • Generated ICS-309 logs are removed when the configuration is changed, so that they can be regenerated with new headers.
