Super Menu documentation 0.1.0

The documentation linked from the blog is now fully available in English and French, with a language choice on every page.

English

• Publish all six guides in both languages: usage, Windows testing, performance measurements, website maintenance, translation packs and third-party notices.
• Add a clear reading layout with a table of contents and matching section links when switching language.
• Make landing-page documentation links follow the selected language, including explicit ?lang=en and ?lang=fr links from the blog.
• Preserve technical identifiers, executable examples, historical measurements, screenshots and original third-party license quotations.

This is a documentation release. The application and its existing download files remain at v0.6.18.

Français

Les six guides sont désormais complets en anglais et en français : utilisation, tests Windows, mesures de performances, maintenance du site, packs de traduction et mentions tierces.

Chaque page propose le choix de langue et conserve la section consultée. Les liens documentaires du site suivent aussi la langue sélectionnée. Les exemples exécutables, identifiants techniques, mesures historiques, captures et textes originaux des licences tierces sont conservés.

Cette version concerne la documentation. L’application et ses fichiers de téléchargement existants restent en v0.6.18.

Validation

• 14 Python checks and 11 JavaScript navigation cases pass.
• Both GitHub Pages and native Windows workflows pass on the released commit.
• All 13 public HTML pages, 11 served resources and the documentation manifest match the validated Git revision byte-for-byte.
• Desktop and mobile navigation, both language selectors and translated section links have been checked in the browser.
