Deploys the amber landing refresh (logo, README header) plus .npmrc and the release paths-ignore. Non-package change — the npm release is skipped via paths-ignore; deploy-landing publishes the updated site to mx.rousanali.com.

…c; exempt non-package changes from release

- Landing: replace the terra-cotta accent with a soft violet accent
(Tailwind violet-500/600/400), and make the logo mark genuinely
  multi-pastel (teal/amber/rose lanes fanning from a violet node) —
reinforcing the 'many parallel' idea and distinct from the ccal look.
  Favicon updated to match.
- Add repo-root .npmrc (registry=https://registry.npmjs.org/) so installs
and the lockfile stay on public npm regardless of a global corp mirror.
- release.yml: add paths-ignore so landing/docs/tooling/markdown-only
merges to main deploy the site without forcing an npm release; update
  README's release contract to match.
- Switch the UI accent from violet to amber/gold (Tailwind amber-600/700
light, amber-400/300 dark); primary button is amber with white text.
  Logo stays multi-pastel (unchanged).
- README: add a centered header like the ccal layout — logo mark, title,
tagline, and npm/license/node/docs badges above a rule.
- Add assets/logo.svg (multi-pastel mark) and exempt assets/** from the
  release trigger.
Landing amber refresh + logo, README header, .npmrc, release paths-ignore
