  • Remove the tmux-resurrect integration entirely: the mx-tmux-resurrect-filter
bin, the mx doctor resurrect check, and all resurrect docs. mx sessions are
disposable, so there's nothing to persist; mx work gc stays for orphan pruning.
  • mx-open-all: double-quoted dividers keep their padding (divider: " MAIN ").
    Bumps @rousan/mx to 4.6.0.

A double-quoted divider value in the layout config keeps its exact content,
including leading/trailing spaces, so dividers can be padded — e.g.
`divider: " MAIN "`. Unquoted dividers still trim as before. Bump 4.5.3.

mx sessions are disposable (attach rebuilds them), so mx no longer ships or
recommends anything for tmux-resurrect/continuum. Removes the
`mx-tmux-resurrect-filter` bin, the `mx doctor` resurrect-wiring check (and its
`tmuxResurrect` porcelain field), and every resurrect mention across the docs,
help, and CLAUDE.md files. `mx work gc` stays for general orphan-session pruning.
Bump 4.6.0 (also carries the quoted/padded-divider config change).
