Breaking Changes:
- Removed NetEvents dependency
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed file backend world inheritance not persisting to disk (lost on reload/restart)
- Fixed atomic save logic in FileConfig that could silently corrupt config files
- Fixed per-world permissions being silently dropped due to wrong null-check variable
- Fixed MultiBackend world inheritance iteration causing IndexOutOfBoundsException
- Fixed MemoryBackend being a non-functional stub (all lookups returned empty)
- Fixed MemoryData.setOption parameter order breaking option writes
- Fixed timed permissions persisting across restarts and reloads stored as
- <permission>:<timestamp>. - Fixed ladder demotion bug, where ladder would not be passed correctly on default.
