Custom upgrades & Weapons

Based off of [the dover 1's upgrades and weapons](https://github.com/royal0959/whitecliff-of-dover#readme) with changes

• Thunderdome:
  - Reduced speed bonus
• PHD Jumper:
  - Reduced max damage upgrade to 3 ticks
• Drone Walker:
  - Added 2 overclock upgrades
• Personal Projectile Shield:
  - Removed
• Holy Diver:
  - Replaced with Wormhole Diver (secondary)
• Scavenger:
  - Replaced with Explosive Touch (has 2 overclocks)
