feat: Renamed dependency to `object-recipes`. Limited npm distributionn

files to only `dist/` directory. Simplified syntax to no longer need
`Shape<>` when using `Recipe<>` type.

The external dependency `deep-recipes` was renamed to `object-recipes`,
that's why it was updated.

Instead of doing `Recipe<Shape<typeof someEntity>>` you simply do
`Recipe<typeof someEntity>` instead.
