Automated desktop builds for v0.3.9.

This release mainly improves observability

  • Improved codebase to graph import quality, fault tolerance and relevance
  • Support more llm models (and weaker models) for codebase imports
  • Improved graph exports quality to pdf and html
  • And support for linux binaries and distribution
  • Added Opus 5 support to Claude Code CLI provider
  • Added Reimport feature to opened projects
  • Misc bugfixes
