v7 added web page logging to text file for WebText output

add web page client logging for all text in the main WebText() output. uses local browser storage. options/dialog box to enable disable and/or download the logfile to the default "downloads" folder the browser it configured to

look for a file LD_logfile.txt. downloading will clear the logfile, logs survive browser sessions.
