introduce saving and restoring of AS3935 configuration registers (and AlarmThreshold when power goes off) using the espressif Preferences library (thank you for thinking of this).

preferences get loaded at boot, and survive downloads. See savprefs command.

if you want to go back to factory defaults, run the FACT command and then SAVPREFS command.
