Progress bars with an honest ETA in the Claude Code status line.

First public release.

• One line per bar: spinner, gauge, count, elapsed, ETA with finish time, pace, and what it is on now; a rule closes the block.
• The ETA is on work the bar actually watched: work done before it started is a baseline, heartbeats do not move it, and an overdue item is shown as a floor with the time spent on it.
• --weights measures unequal items by their cost; --tasks and --agents bars are kept in step by hooks, outside the model's context.
• prune, doctor, show, pipe, and an install that wires the status line block and the hooks, with backups, and can write a minimal status line.
• Colours are the terminal's ANSI roles only; CC_PROGRESS_ASCII=1 for fonts without braille or block glyphs; notes are stripped of control characters.

Install: pipx install cc-progress && cc-progress install, then restart Claude Code. For an agent: AGENT_INSTALL.md.
