v1.6.0 — 2026-08-22

  • New: Intel BE200 Wi-Fi 7 firmware installer added to the Extras
    menu — downloads and installs the BE200 firmware so the card is
    recognized without a full kernel rebuild.
  • New: ALLM-via-DP patch added to the audio-fix build — sends AVI
    infoframe with content_type=Game over DP SDP to DP-to-HDMI PCONs
    (e.g. CH7218) in Source Control Mode, enabling the PCON to autonomously
    generate HDMI Forum VSIF with ALLM. Also enables PCON Source Control
    Mode and HDMI Link via DPCD. Note: ALLM activation depends on PCON
    firmware support; the CH7218 with firmware Dp6.0.30 does not appear to
    generate HF-VSIF autonomously yet.
  • Fix: amdgpu build now retries with -j1 if GCC 15.x hits an
    internal compiler error (ICE) during parallel build.
