Added

  • The shared-mailbox tier can be worked (#1461): an account holding several unrelated identifiers under one address was classified and then offered no verb at all. #1368 withheld all three for a harm that describes consolidate alone, so move and split return and consolidate stays absent. They are exclusive per identifier and splitting wins where both are supplied — a wrong split stays correctable, a move does not. The move carries an acknowledgement, enforced server-side.

Fixed

  • Every navigation link on the identity screen was refused before reaching PHP (#1459): the cursor travelled as tier|column|subject and add_query_arg() does not encode values, so a raw | reached the URL and the production host's WAF answered 403 to every arrow. Percent-encoding was never an option — a WAF decodes before matching — so the separator is a hyphen. Separately, render_page() was the one gate of twelve using bare current_user_can(), locking out any administrator without ffc_administrator.

  • The shared-mailbox path was contradicted by its own screen (#1368, #1464): the panel's note said no verb was offered there, above the two it offers, for four releases. Underneath, the barring read the typed address through $.trim, removed in jQuery 4 — latent under WordPress's bundled 3.7.1, so nothing was red. Every $.<name>() the sources call is now looked up on the real bundled jQuery.

  • A capped category counted as though the cap were the total (#1466): LIMIT is 100 per check, so a larger category read 1 of 100 — a floor in the grammar of a total, with the cap reported only in a page-level banner. Each counter now says of at least, derived from each finding's own check rather than a tier→check table, which is what makes one capped check qualify all three tiers it feeds.

  • The identity card's action column was sized by everything except its controls (#1421, #1468): first by the card's prose — 1093px to a paragraph against 303px of controls — and then by whichever tier it rendered, 719px against 614px, decided by whether an acknowledgement checkbox was in the form. Both are now declared. Also: controls on one line aligned on the text baseline rather than their boxes, and two fields of one group rendered 199px and 215px because size is ignored on type="number".

  • Legacy columns on ffc_activity_log could stop the audit trail under a strict sql_mode (#1458): action_type is NOT NULL with no default and no statement declares it, so dbDelta can neither reach nor drop it; under a strict mode — which CI already uses, so CI is stricter than production — every write would fail. It and submission_id are relaxed by an explicit ALTER. The three columns nothing writes are also dropped, measured both ways: nobody reads them, and production holds 14,062 rows with not one carrying a value. Each column is counted immediately before it would be dropped, and one row carrying anything calls it off.

Changed

  • The identity screen says it at the control, not in a paragraph (#1464): four sentences explaining all three verbs sat under every panel, and a fourth repeated above every identifier — a card with four numbers said it four times. What stays at the panel is the one claim no control can make about the others: every write here is one transaction and none shows a stored number. The two controls are named as what they are, two routes to one destination, and the primary follows whichever holds the decision.
