Added
Settings → Public Design (#1677). Off by default; switched on, an accent, field borders, hints, errors, the corner radius, the form width and the font apply to every public screen (forms, verification, scheduling, audiences, the user dashboard, recruitment). The colours apply to the light theme only, and a pair below WCAG's floor is saved with a warning.
Changed
Public form widths and control corners read tokens (#1676). A new --ffc-form-width (600px) sets the form and verification cards, and their field column follows at 150px less (the 450px it always was). The submit and download buttons, messages and verification fields take --ffc-radius-sm: their corners move from 5px to 4px, the only visible change. This prepares the form design setting.
PHPCS judges the code against the real floors, and a test keeps every version and floor in step (#1675). phpcs.xml.dist still declared PHP 8.1 and WordPress 6.2; it now reads 8.3 and 6.8, and PluginIdentityTest compares the header, FFC_VERSION, readme.txt, composer.json and phpcs.xml.dist, and requires a CHANGELOG section for the released version. Translations recompile with one script.
Fixed
Documentation navigation stays in view, beside the topics (#1678). The Quick Navigation was meant to stick while reading but scrolled away, because the Settings tab container clipped with overflow: hidden, which turns it into a scroll container; it now clips with overflow: clip. On a wide screen the navigation is a column next to the topics instead of a card above them.
