Fixes a silent failure introduced by the server timezone change: the heartbeat watchdog could never fire once the site timezone was set to anything but UTC, because staleness math compared local-time timestamps against UTC.

• Heartbeats now store an explicit UTC timestamp (time_utc) used for all freshness checks
• Dashboard displays site-local time for humans
• Verified: watchdog fires on a simulated stale heartbeat and sends the recovery notice when reporting resumes

New: heartbeat watchdog — a WP-Cron check every 15 minutes emails the alert address when a bot stops checking in for 30+ minutes (catches maintenance-mode / coming-soon outages that silently block bot reports), throttled to 6-hourly re-alerts, plus a recovery notice when reporting resumes.

New: unrealised P&L on the dashboard — the All-time card now shows the open position's live move from the bot heartbeat.

Also: README now documents the Kraken requirement, server/VPS requirements, and the PHP memory fix (512M).
