Added

  • A smart suggestions strip that helps inserts some drawers and blocks while typing
  • Archive locations support %s for the current file name, as in Emacs; see Tips & Tricks.
  • Typing <q, <e, <s, :PRO or :LOG (any case) offers a chip inserting that block or drawer.
  • Tips & Tricks explains the block and drawer shorthand chips.
  • A NEW dot marks the "Choose where a file archives to" tip.

Changed

  • The editor suggestion strip has a hairline top border, separating it from the text above.
  • Read/Edit mode toggles now show eye and pencil icons instead of text labels, and shrink to fit them.
  • Read/Edit toggle is one shared component; tapping anywhere on it switches mode.
  • Whole-file Edit-to-Read no longer saves; Read shows unsaved text and leaving asks to save.
  • Search text matches show the matched line with ten words of context; only heading results swipe.
  • Capture editor parses the draft once per edit instead of up to three times.

Fixed

  • Edit screens no longer leave a blank strip under the top bar; scrolled text reaches it like Read mode.
  • Search file headers show folder and match count on a second line; long file names no longer break layout.
  • Vault.save() now creates missing files before writing (required by SAF backend).
  • Refile archive location now honors the file-level ARCHIVE property before Settings; archive files keep their exact name.
  • The Settings archive location is ignored while auto-archive is off.
