Initial release of the voschAI assistant. current features include

openAI API TTS or Elevenlabs TTS
reads twitch chat and responds to messages with its name
Avatar with basic expressions and speech animation added as an OBS browser source
AI responses from defined openAI model, fully customizable personality with prompt file
