Enable Block Editor by default for newly created sites (if the network option is active).

  • Disable Classic Editor for those new sites.
  • Automatically activate FAU-Elemental as the default theme on new sites, only if it is network enabled.
  • Existing sites remain unchanged.
  • Uses the wp_initialize_site hook, so settings apply only at site creation.
