This is the first released version of traffic3. Works in Mac OS X and Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS). No PKG/RPM/DEB at the moment. Has a simple CLI that can be used to configure a client/server. Should be compatible with newtraffic.

Protocols supported: UDP4, UDP6, TCP4, TCP6
Content Managers: Fixed, echo, random text, random binary
