Support to multi-timeframe price history and versioned saved models

Update PriceHistory to allow saving of different timeframe data, and versionize saved models

1. Update PriceHistory to allow saving of different timeframe data (replace the date column with timeframe and timestamp columns)
2. Versionize saved models so that many versions of models can coexist for any strategy
