  The new ARCH artifact Architecture Tenets (AT) holds the architecture maxims and principles
  the decisions, tactics, and aspects reference via GUIDED-BY; the artifacts after it renumber.

• IMPROVEMENT [spec]: Architecture Patterns Artifact in the Standard Schema
  The new ARCH artifact Architecture Patterns (AP) holds the reusable structural patterns the
  components, tactics, decisions, and code patterns reference; the artifacts after it renumber.

• IMPROVEMENT [spec]: Compact Tables for the Requirements
  The requirements of the Functional Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements artifacts now
  render as compact tables, as their many properties no longer fit a concise table row.

• IMPROVEMENT [spec]: Grouping and Dependencies of Functional Requirements
  The Functional Requirements artifact gets a GROUP kind (an epic or feature, drawn as a box
  around its requirements) and the requirements a GROUP and an acyclic DEPENDS-ON property.

• IMPROVEMENT [code]: Lay Out D2 Diagrams With TALA By Default
  The embedded D2 diagrams are now laid out by the TALA engine of @d2lang/d2 by default,
  while a diagram's own d2-config layout-engine still wins.
