SpireAgent workbench v1.1.0 — decision datasets

Members can now build fixed datasets from successful decisions without discarding every incomplete recording. Select shared recordings in 数据集, preview the default permissive rules, then publish a fixed dataset version. 对局与片段 keeps native completeness and outcome separate; 数据下载 exports selected files with hashes.

• Good canonical decisions survive incomplete/lost runs. Optional character, difficulty, surface and version filters narrow selection.
• Repacked duplicates do not multiply selected decisions; exact source aliases, exclusions and original causal gaps remain in the report.
• Version mixing is recorded and schema-checked. It does not prove model/runtime compatibility or change historical evidence.
• Existing strict Full-Run training remains separate. Small datasets with fewer than three independent split components remain unassigned.
• Member data requests use bounded transport deadlines; a lost mutation acknowledgement is unknown and never auto-retried.
• Operational runbooks now cover key-only SSH without source-IP restrictions, capacity inspection and paused off-host recovery.

Existing developer installation

Keep the same private project configuration, native package and fixed collection tool. Stop the Workbench through its existing project stop --config /ABS/project.json command after pending uploads finish. Check out this release's exact source in a clean checkout and open that same configuration using python tools/open_workbench.py --config /ABS/project.json. No new member or computer registration is required. Opening a browser alone does not restart the Workbench.

This is an STPD source/wheel release. Initial native installation remains operator-assisted under docs/DEVELOPER_KIT_INSTALL.md. The existing trusted tool retains its identity and history; no standalone player installer or new native package is claimed. The locally assembled candidate kit includes historical workstation paths in owner provenance and is not republished as a public asset.

Verification and rollback

See attached stpd-release-qualification.json for exact source/lock/image, CI, package hashes and evidence scope. Bounded data qualification retained 814 decisions from two incomplete fragments; a normal member downloaded and verified all three dataset files, and the Human operator confirmed the final inventory page. The actual dataset producer is preserved, not relabeled as the release commit.

Keep the preceding tested image/config and its matching off-host backup. Roll back software without resetting upload queues or rewriting recordings. Host recovery restores into a new paused location and reconciles external state before enabling work. GPU budget remains zero.

This release does not qualify a continuous native-start-to-terminal Full Run, model quality, model training, a cloud game or a complete whole-host disaster recovery exercise.

SpireAgent B workflow v1.0.0

One developer workflow for downloading the approved game Mod/tool, connecting a computer,
recording Human decisions, seeing upload receipts locally or in the cloud, and maintaining
that evidence. This release does not introduce a new model or authorize training.

Final qualification: PASS: both exact-main hosted CIs and complete local gates; exact OCI pull/source/assets and public TLS/auth checks; isolated real R2 synthetic positive/duplicate/negative paths; old/new image R2 backup/restore; retained approved account/device and original 2 collections / 981 canonical / 0 real failures. Scheduled backup is active; the permanent local main workbench passed the documented launcher using stored grants. No new gameplay, Human upload or GPU compute was performed.

Download and use

Download spireagent-developer-kit-v1.0.0.zip
from this release. It contains 14 files, 3,089,617 bytes: one Mod, the complete fixed
collection tool and their inventories/instructions. It contains no game binaries, credentials,
recordings, model weights or duplicate workbench source.

1. Use a persistent local folder. Install Git, Python 3.11 with uv, Node 20+ and .NET 9.
   The game must be owned and installed separately. A collector does not need a Platform
   checkout, a full research environment, R2 keys or cloud administration credentials.

2. Clone the workbench at this exact release source:

   Replace /ABS/project.json with this terminal's private configuration path, and keep the
   same path on every launch. The launcher provisions the locked collector dependencies.

3. Open 账号与电脑 → 登录并绑定这台电脑. Sign in using an invited email and its verification
   code, compare the computer name/pairing code on both pages and approve. No token copying
   is required. The cloud portal shows the same authorized
   project records; 这台电脑 additionally shows the local unuploaded queue.

4. Before recording, the operator installs and verifies the exact Mod with the game closed,
   retains rollback artifacts, and attaches a dedicated campaign with an initially empty
   recording root. The Human explicitly authorizes upload and attests the campaign's origin.
   Login/device approval does not supply that consent. Keep collection-tool/ complete;
   do not replace its embedded historical BOM with the separate distribution BOM.

5. Pass the campaign's project doctor, reopen its saved configuration, record in the game
   and press Recorder Close to seal the session. The external delivery process packages,
   uploads and reconciles the receipt. Inspect 采集记录 until 云端已验收; recording quality,
   transport acceptance and research admission remain separate.

6. Closing a browser tab does not stop delivery. To stop the service, use
   uv run --locked python -m stpd.workbench project stop --config /ABS/project.json. After reboot,
   reopen the same saved command/configuration. Raw sessions and outbox state are retained.

combination.json inside the ZIP inventories all other packaged bytes. Its Platform field
is the pinned consumer checkout, not a renamed main release commit. Component source,
workspace provenance, BOM file bytes and deployed image are distinct identities. The
packaging correction
explains the corrected earlier labels; original evidence and archives remain unchanged.
Final source-bound release receipts are retained in refs/notes/b-workflow-release on each
release's exact main commit. Fetch that notes ref explicitly when auditing source.

If something fails

Keep the session, bundle, outbox and receipt IDs; do not delete failures or repack under a new
identity. Inspect the last confirmed stage and typed error in 采集记录. Report exact
versions, observation time and a redacted reproduction. Transfer private evidence only
through an authorized channel; never publish raw recordings, credentials or signed URLs.

Native decisions/lineage and fixed-tool evidence failures belong to Platform. Accounts,
Hub/storage, datasets and research belong to STPD. Correct Hub credentials for the same device
before explicit upload recovery; storage rejection is a different failure. Upgrade through
an exact reviewed combination and repeat the affected canary.

The operator checks health, pending age, disk, budget and backup freshness daily using the
Hub runbook.
Hub rollback uses the retained image/config and a compatible verified closed database backup;
never run old software against a migrated database. Native rollback uses its separately
retained exact Mod. An update never rewrites historical evidence.

Supported scope and remaining gates

This is a developer distribution, not a one-click player installer. The unchanged Mod's
native/Human qualification is bounded to its recorded macOS game/runtime tuple. Linux
and Windows portable source tests do not establish native install/load or Human qualification
on those systems. Each new terminal needs its own preflight and bounded first upload.

Existing-device Human login/approval and its later retained account/receipt checks keep their
original source scope. This release supplies no new gameplay or Human-origin evidence.
New-user/device usability and live logout/reconnect are not claimed. Automatic startup,
external outage notifications, high availability and whole-host disaster recovery are not
qualified. Uploaded bundles are not automatically admitted datasets. GPU budget remains zero;
no new GPU run, model quality, training, cloud game, inference service or RL result is claimed.

Exact hosted CI: STPD main and Platform main. The public release-qualification.json and combination.json retain their exact identities.

Optional legacy Platform MCP/development-server dependency advisories remain visible maintenance work outside this kit/Hub runtime. They are not silently dismissed or a claim of global security certification.
