Notehold 0.1.2

What changed

• Simplified installation and reorganized the documentation around a shorter README.
• Added clearer offline recovery instructions that keep safety copies beside the Notes database.
• Removed the public notehold check and notehold retention apply commands while preserving scheduled checks, automatic cleanup, and retention previews.
• Removed the random older-archive integrity sample; every newly created backup is still ZIP-tested and checksummed.
• Added a verified, resumable release helper for future versions.

Existing installations can update by pulling main and running notehold/notehold install again. Installed settings and existing backups are preserved.
