RSK Vetiver Release 9.0.4

✨ Release Summary

This patch release includes fixes for several reported issues, including the Import Sync feature and the eth_estimateGas RPC method. It also delivers security and performance enhancements.

Although this is not a mandatory release, we recommend that node operators upgrade to this version to benefit from the improvements it introduces.
