Tier 1 bindings are currently produced as separate workflow artifacts, but they are not yet shaped into publishable platform packages.
This adds an assembly job that downloads all four bindings, uses NAPI-RS to create and validate the target packages without publishing, and uploads one short-lived
native-packagesartifact. The existing test and release workflows remain unchanged.Related Links
