This PR prepares
rstack@0.5.0-alpha.1after validating the complete 13-target native release matrix. It bumps the package version and regenerates the NAPI-RS loader so native package version checks use0.5.0-alpha.1.Related: https://github.com/rstackjs/rstack-cli/actions/runs/31372103427
