Summary

Upgrades Rslint from 0.9.0 to 0.9.1 for upstream fixes and Rstest linting support for rstack/test imports.
Configures recognition of existing test helpers, removes redundant type assertions, and adjusts tests to satisfy the newly enforced rules.
