Summary
Consolidates root linting, formatting, package.json sorting, staged-file tasks, and Git hooks into Rstack CLI. Uses the recommended lint preset with targeted rule disabling, updates VS Code integration, and installs the Rstack CLI docs skill. Example changes only align manifest ordering and formatting.
Existing Husky checkouts should run
