Adds optional error email notifications:

  • New Settings -> GBRR Sync section to enable notifications and set one or more (comma-separated) recipient email addresses.
  • After each sync run, if enabled and at least one location failed, sends a single summary email listing the failed locations and their errors -- one email per run, not per error.
  • Settings are validated: enabling notifications without a valid email address is rejected with a flash error instead of silently saving a broken config.

Release zip is now built by GitHub Actions on ubuntu-latest (see .github/workflows/release.yml), not locally on Windows -- this run triggers that workflow, which will attach gbrr-location-sync-1.3.0.zip to this release automatically.

Install: download gbrr-location-sync-1.3.0.zip once it's attached, and upload via Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
