Reworks Navigation Designer around per-instance item-padding controls on the Navigation block, replacing the prior settings-page/wp_head CSS approach.

  • Block editor controls (inspector panel + live preview) via src/
  • PHP-side schema, block attributes, rendering, scanning, and generated-CSS pipeline via includes/
  • Color is now handled entirely by the block's native color controls
