Minor fix for the sidebar that ensures that directly grabbing the handle element is possible. Previously, with the trip-area activation, if the mouse started inside the sidebar we would require that it start travelling out of the sidebar to activate grabbing, even if you tried to grab the handle directly. Now the handle is grabbable.
