Fix rsconnect full #61

Makes RsConnectFs a subclass of fsspec.AbstractFileSystem, so it can be wrapped in a cache
Addresses (Validate pin reading and writing against internal RStudio Connect server #60)
- Use requests.Session to handle cookies
- add "X-RSC-XSRF" entry to headers
vendors mtcar data (Add mtcars dataset, so it can be used in examples #20)
Allow writing using full pin name. e.g. michael.chow/mtcars. (RSC board should be able to pin_write using full name #44)
Support reading pin meta v0 (Support reading pin meta v0 #63)
