• The location prompt now appears: the signed download lacked the location entitlement Apple requires of hardened-runtime apps, so macOS never showed it and location had to be switched on in System Settings
• "Use this Mac's location" waits for the answer instead of reporting "not available" while the prompt is on screen
• The notifications prompt comes as the welcome closes, not over it, and alerts wait until notifications are allowed rather than counting as sent
• The install steps say that macOS asks once before opening a downloaded app
