AI-RAN SMO reference implementation

An O-RAN Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) platform: seventeen Python 3.11 / FastAPI / SQLAlchemy modules on one Postgres schema, an operator GUI, an AI Runtime SDK and four reference rApps. Modules talk to each other only through the R1 Termination gateway. It runs on one machine with Docker Compose, or on a cluster with the Helm chart.

Current release: smo-v0.3.0 (images signed with cosign, with build provenance). Previous: smo-v0.2.0, smo-v0.1.0.
