[Bug]: Tab widget cannot be undone once applied to the Carousel

Describe the bug

When a Tab widget is applied to the Carousel, on turning off the "Use as Tabs" option. The Carousel remains locked with the Tab widget applied, preventing users from reverting to the original Carousel state.

Expected behavior

On turning off the "Use as Tabs" option the Carousel should revert to the original state.

Actual behavior

On turning off the "Use as Tabs" option the Carousel doesn't revert to the original state.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new page on the WP dashboard
2. Add the rtCarousel and select 4 images.
3. Upload images for the carousel
4. Go to the settings for the carousel
5. Turn on the "Use as Tabs" option and tabs are applied to the carousel
6. Turn off the "Use as Tabs" option.

Closing this after testing the fixes.
Tested this after the fixes; tabs can be named, and the tab widget can be undone for the carousel.
