Controller firmware 2.11

The ZS8K SETUP drive: a new controller shows a small read-only drive the first time you plug it in, pointing you to this app.

Needs ZS8K Configurator 2.1.0 or newer.

Getting it

• You already have the ZS8K Configurator: nothing to do here. It checks for updates when it opens and once a day, downloads a new version quietly and switches to it the next time it starts (never in the middle of a game). When your controller can be updated it says so, and one click does it.
• New to the ZS8K: download ZS8K-Configurator.exe and run it. The controller already works as an 8,000 Hz PC controller without it; the app is for settings and updates.

The app checks everything before using it: manifest.json must carry a valid Ed25519 signature (manifest.json.sig) from a key that never leaves ZeroStick, and every file must match the size and SHA-256 listed in it. The README shows how to check a download yourself.
