BREAKING CHANGES

• @rtorcato/browser-common/screen no longer exports
  enterFullscreen, exitFullscreen or isFullscreen; import them from
  @rtorcato/browser-common/fullscreen. Functions that returned undefined
  on unsupported environments now return null (screen, location, common,
  orientation, geolocation.watchPosition, permissions, mediadevices,
  battery, notifications, serviceworkers, backgroundtasks.registerBackgroundFetch,
  fullscreen.enterFullscreen/exitFullscreen), and isLandscape, isPortrait and
  isFullscreen return false instead of undefined. Replace
  === undefined checks with === null; ?. and ?? are unaffected.
