Complete remote push/pull functionality

#451 Is a perquisite to at least some of this functionality, but the basic ability to push/pull should be able to function without it.

I want this done, but it might be better to wait for #485. Not decided. It might not be awful to implement with a regular string and then go back and add the SecureString support prior to release.

Moving this to 2.0. It's next on the list really, and might be done for 1.4, but isn't necessary for 1.4 to go out the door.

Need to handle the error states, and provide a way to specify the remote on creation.
