Metadata + archival release.

• Adds CITATION.cff (GitHub 'Cite this repository' + ORCID)
• Adds .zenodo.json so this release archives to Zenodo with correct authors, MIT license, EU H2020 AEGIS grant (675555), and the paper DOI.

No functional code changes vs v2.0.0. Pre-built cross-platform packages are produced by the CI package workflow.

CSP-Analyzer v1.0

The first release of the software. Main features:

-Livecharts (https://github.com/Live-Charts/Live-Charts) visualization of spectral plots and analysis data
-Python backend for analysis
-Exporting and saving to Excel or PDF
-Newtonsoft JSON serializer (https://www.newtonsoft.com/json/help/html/SerializingJSON.htm) used for XML parsing and JSON handling
