More Wifi 7 6GHz fixes!

This is probably the most expensive OpenSOHO release ever. 😅
Since I now have two freshly bought Asus BT8s on my desk for testing.

But this also means I could better close the Wifi 7, 6GHz and multiradio phy issues.

• IMPORTANT: The VLAN names have been shorted to have the multiradio e.g. phy0.1 fit inside the 15 character limit: phy0.1-ap0-4000 is now exactly 15 characters. But this also means all your configurations will be repushed, you might do an incremental rollout by disabling some APs before upgrading.
• Explicitly configure the Reduced Neighborhood Report on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios which have an overlapping SSID on 6GHz.
• Dashboard: add AP wifi version overview

• More multiphy radio phy fixes (mostly on BT8 and boards with the same chipsets) (#68, #59)
• Improvements in the band and frequency detection & validation.
• Radio band is now selectable and will be validated against the known supported frequencies of that radio.
• Fixed bridge handling on x86 VMs (#71, #73)
