This PR updates documentation, dependencies, and performs minor cleanups following the addition of the yard-fence gem to improve documentation generation.
- Upgrades dependencies: kettle-dev (1.1.51 → 1.1.52), rubocop-ast (1.47.1 → 1.48.0), yard-fence (0.7.0 → 0.8.0)
- Regenerates YARD documentation with updated timestamps and improved internal link formatting (markdown links converted to YARD HTML links)
- Updates CHANGELOG to reference additional PRs (#691, #692) related to yard-fence improvements
- Removes TruffleRuby CI badge from README and removes IntelliJ IDEA configuration file
