v0.10.4 - Former commanders and History time spans

Drop aurora-electrons-0.10.4.exe into your Aurora folder, next to AuroraDB.db, and run it.

Commanders
✨ Former commanders panel: your prisoners (with the captor as your race knows it), retired and dead commanders, each with how they left, their last career record, age, kills, medals and top bonuses, and the full career on expand
✨ Held by us: the alien commanders on your ships or at your colonies, with their race, rank, where they're held and whether they've been interrogated
🐛 Retired, dead and captured commanders no longer show in the roster, the Tech Tree's idle scientists or History's commander count (the game keeps them in the save when you press Retain)

History
✨ A 10 y / 20 y / 50 y / All toggle for the tiles, charts, table and rivals, remembered between sessions; the CSV still exports every snapshot
