Windows build tools 2b53c93af598

The toolchain the Windows launcher downloads to build the client on a player's PC, with nothing else installed: llvm-mingw 20260922 (UCRT, x86_64 only), embeddable Python 3.13.16 with capstone 5.0.9 and pefile 2024.8.26, and SDL3 3.4.16 (VC development package). Made by the launcher's tools/make_win_toolchain.py.

XI on Anything 0.1.3

What's new

• CatsEyeXI accounts: a CatsEyeXI tab next to Private server, with its server filled in and its DATs folder required. The game starts with CatsEyeXI's custom items, gear, spells and abilities turned on (--cexi full).
• Game files per account: each account's game folder, mods folders and client are in its Edit sheet.
• A client per game build: accounts on servers with different game builds (retail and CatsEyeXI) keep their own client instead of rebuilding each other's.
• Older LandSandBoat servers: sign-in follows the loader version a server asks for (2.0.x, 2.1.x as well as 2.2).
• Mods box: turn single mods in a DATs folder (XIPivot layout) on and off from the home screen.
• Play no longer signs in a second time on servers without a friends service.
• CatsEyeXI wallpaper for CatsEyeXI accounts; new accounts start with PlayOnline's default portrait, now in high resolution.

The client version is now 0.1.3: Play rebuilds the client once.
