Windows and macOS refresh for v0.3.2.

Changes:

  • Reduces room frame drops when the right side panel is expanded by unmounting collapsed side-panel bodies after the close animation.
  • Lowers the main-room React mirror tick to 2s while preserving 1s work-boost countdown updates.
  • Adds side-panel layout/paint/style containment so side-panel DOM work interferes less with canvas animation.
